Smoking is a Choice-

Since smoking is both unhealthy and addictive, it is considered a bad habit. Even if the majority of people smoke, it is not a healthy practice. This is a social problem I wanted to address to you because seeing as tobacco contains the highly addictive chemical nicotine, smoking is a difficult habit to break. Is it reasonable that smoking is good for your health? Definitely no it is an option to smoke or not to smoke. You are not obliged to pick it up, and it is arguably more of a feast than a habit. The problem is addiction. It's so tempting to do it over and over again. However, it is not the same before anymore after your first cigarette, though. There are a wide range of issues that may arise from long-term, habitual smoking. The list of diseases is practically infinite, and many of them will take your life as soon as you start the habit. To be honest, it's not worth it to try but it remains a choice.

There are many possible solutions to overcome this issue. It's not exactly the method of stopping smoking that makes a difference, but also the smoker's drive and commitment to quit. A combination of prescription medications and therapy can be very effective for certain people. Others can find that using nicotine replacement therapy to gradually wean themselves off cigarettes and reduce the severity of withdrawal symptoms is the most effective way to quit smoking. Every minutes, hours, weeks, months and years of quitting smoking can bring a magnificent effects on our body. Your heart rate will begin to return to normal levels twenty minutes after you have smoked your last cigarette. After two hours of without cigarettes your heart rate and blood pressure would have returned to near-normal levels. Nicotine withdrawal symptoms typically appear two hours after the last cigarette has been consumed. Excessive cravings, anxiety, stress, or agitation are common early withdrawal symptoms. Your lungs begin to regenerate about a month after you quit smoking. The cilia—tiny, hair-like organelles that force mucus out—will begin to repair and work properly again within them. The cilia will now be able to do their work, lowering your risk of infection. Your coughing and shortness of breath can continue to decrease dramatically if your lungs are in good working order. After fifteen years of not smoking, the risk of heart disease is equal to that of someone who does not smoke.

All in all with this issue I will propagate this by joining a campaign that are about the benefits of quitting smoking and the effects of this to our body. By doing this I can make people participate and engage to this especially to all smokers. It is not too late to change your course and habits.
